4. HIPAA & Business Associate Role

Revealium Health Solutions retains information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law and contractual obligations.

6. Security Safeguards

Revealium Health Solutions implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed through EMpowerAI, including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and infrastructure-level protections.

7. No Sale of Data

Revealium Health Solutions does not sell personal data or protected health information.

8. Subprocessors

Revealium Health Solutions may utilize trusted service providers to support infrastructure and platform operations, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
