Victor Abrich, MD
Founder & Clinical Lead
Board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist trained at Mayo Clinic Arizona, Dr. Abrich practices at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center, where he focuses on high-acuity cardiovascular care and documentation accuracy across complex clinical encounters. EMpowerAI was originally developed by Dr. Abrich to address real-world documentation and coding challenges in cardiology practice. He led a landmark Heart Rhythm O2 study validating AI-assisted Medical Decision Making (MDM) review, with his work focused on reducing documentation variability and strengthening compliance transparency in physician enterprises.
Annabelle Brozek, MD
Strategy & Operations Lead
Annabelle Brozek completed her medical degree at Poznan University of Medical Sciences and later earned a master's degree in healthcare innovation from Arizona State University. Her work focuses on healthcare workflow design, patient advocacy systems, and digital health product strategy. At Revealium Health Solutions, she works on aligning clinical insight, product development, and operational strategy to support scalable healthcare technology solutions, including the EMpowerAI platform.
Richard Abrich
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Richard built his first clinical automation system at Toronto General Hospital’s Peter Munk Cardiac Centre before spending more than a decade developing production machine learning systems for organizations including Cleveland Clinic, Microsoft, and GoTo (~$1B revenue). As Chief Technology Officer of Revealium Health Solutions, he leads the technical architecture behind the company’s platforms, including secure EHR integrations and the machine learning infrastructure supporting EMpowerAI’s clinical documentation analysis. Richard holds an M.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
