Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of EMpowerAI and related services provided by Revealium Health Solutions, LLC (“Revealium,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using EMpowerAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Intended Use

EMpowerAI is designed for use by licensed healthcare professionals and authorized enterprise customers. The platform provides documentation support and structured review assistance in connection with applicable E/M frameworks.

2. Enterprise Agreements

If a customer organization enters into a separate written agreement with Revealium Health Solutions, including a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Business Associate Agreement (BAA), the terms of that agreement govern to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.

3. No Medical or Billing Advice

EMpowerAI provides documentation support and structured review assistance only. It does not provide medical, clinical, coding, legal, or reimbursement advice. Final clinical and coding decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, billing, and documentation standards.

4. Authorized Access

Access to EMpowerAI is limited to authorized users under applicable enterprise arrangements. Unauthorized use, access, or distribution of the platform is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from EMpowerAI.
  • Use the platform in violation of applicable law or regulation.
  • Circumvent or interfere with access controls or security mechanisms.
  • Share credentials or enable unauthorized platform access.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary materials related to EMpowerAI are the exclusive property of Revealium Health Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability standards; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Demonstration access or website information does not guarantee production deployment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revealium Health Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of EMpowerAI or related services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EMpowerAI after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
