Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EMpowerAI platform and the website located at www.revealiumhealth.com (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are developed and operated by Revealium Health Solutions (“Revealium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Effective Date: February 19, 2026

1. Intended Use

EMpowerAI is an enterprise documentation intelligence platform designed to support healthcare organizations in consistent interpretation of evaluation and management (E/M) guidelines and structured coding rationale. The Services are intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and authorized enterprise users operating under applicable agreements. The platform does not replace independent clinical judgment.

2. Enterprise Agreements

Access to EMpowerAI may be governed by a separate enterprise agreement between Revealium Health Solutions and a healthcare organization. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement shall control.

3. No Medical or Billing Advice

EMpowerAI provides documentation analysis and structured rationale tools. It does not provide medical advice, legal advice, or billing guarantees. All coding determinations remain the responsibility of the licensed clinician or authorized billing professional. Revealium Health Solutions does not submit claims or automatically alter medical records.

4. Authorized Access

Access to EMpowerAI is limited to authorized users under applicable agreements. You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform

Revealium Health Solutions reserves the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in compliance with:

  • Applicable healthcare regulations
  • HIPAA requirements (where applicable)
  • Documentation standards
  • All governing laws and regulations

You may not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the EMpowerAI platform, including software, algorithms, documentation frameworks, and related materials, are owned by Revealium Health Solutions or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform or its underlying intellectual property.

7. Service Availability

Revealium Health Solutions strives to maintain reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the Services with reasonable notice where feasible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revealium Health Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid (if any) for access to the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications

Revealium Health Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
